National Apprenticeship Week – Ready Willing and Able Program

To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week (13 – 17 November 2023), IWSI America in conjunction with California Department of Rehabilitation facilitated an Apprenticeship Job Fair at Hacienda La Puente Adult School, La Puente.

Thanks to the team from T52 Los Angeles for coming out and filming one of IWSI America’s initiatives – Ready Willing and Able - an exciting new mentored apprenticeship program which assists Californians with disabilities to access apprenticeship pathways and secure exciting full-time careers.

This spotlight further advances the benefit of apprenticeship, as a stepping stone to a fulfilling and rewarding career.
